Several years ago, one of our founders made an important discovery.  While enterprise-level clients enjoy full IT support, there was little or no attention paid to the small and medium sized business market.  We felt that since internet technology was changing the workplace, we should direct our attention to the growing numbers who are working outside a traditional corporate structure.  In early 2008, Riot Computer Technology decided to focus on those small-to-medium sized and residential customers who were in great need of computer installations, onsite technical support and wireless networking services, to name a few.  We decided to seize this opportunity and provide a professional, fully integrated company to serve those clients’ needs.

We believe that no computer related challenge is too small and Riot’s philosophy is based on the importance of customer satisfaction.  We are confident that our partnerships with various OEMs, i.e. Sony, Toshiba, Cisco, Linksys by Cisco, TrendMicros and others, position us to leverage and maintain the best support for our clients.  We take pride in our hands-on approach and experience has shown the beneficial outcome to our customers.
